These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jq999 platform ("Platform", "Site") and all services provided under it. The following definitions are used in this document:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — giving you a total of ৳2,500 in your account.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonuses can only be used on specific games — the list of eligible games will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• jq999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses fraudulently (through multiple accounts or false information) will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being closed.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• The outcome of every game is determined impartially. No artificial interference with any game result is possible.

• At the user's own request.
• Under instruction from law enforcement authorities.

Upon account closure, legitimately earned and verified funds will be returned subject to the applicable conditions being met. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, funds may be forfeited.
